These Terms, Conditions & Waste Compliance apply to all services provided by CL Rubbish Clearance. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.
- Quotes are estimates and may change if additional waste or undisclosed items are present at the time of collection.
- Prices include labour, loading, and disposal unless stated otherwise.
- Any additional charges will be discussed before work continues.
3. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed in advance.
- We accept payment by cash or bank transfer.
- Invoices or receipts can be provided upon request.
4. Cancellations & Access
- Customers must provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to the waste for collection.
- If access is restricted or waste is not ready, additional charges may apply.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a call-out charge.
5. Waste Compliance & Licensing
- CL Rubbish Clearance is a licensed waste carrier registered with the Environment Agency.
- All waste collected is transported and disposed of at authorised waste transfer or recycling facilities.
- We aim to recycle as much waste as possible and minimise landfill usage.
- Duty of Care documentation can be provided upon request.
6. Accepted & Restricted Waste
Accepted Waste Includes:
- General household waste
- Furniture and appliances
- Garden waste
- Building and trade waste
- Refit and renovation waste
Restricted / Prohibited Waste:
The following items must be declared in advance and may not be accepted:
- Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
- Chemicals, oils, or hazardous waste
- Medical or clinical waste
- Gas cylinders or pressurised containers
We reserve the right to refuse removal of any undisclosed or prohibited waste.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must accurately describe the type and quantity of waste at the time of booking.
- General waste must be securely bagged.
- Any additional or undeclared waste may result in extra charges.
8. Skip Trailer Hire & Wheelie Bin Services
Skip Trailer Hire
- Skip trailer hire does not require a council road permit.
- A level load only is permitted.
- Load-and-wait services are available at an additional cost.
Wheelie Bin Services
- Bins must not be overloaded or contain prohibited items.
- Collection schedules must be followed as agreed.
- Missed collections due to misuse or access issues may be charged.
9. Disclaimer
While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, CL Rubbish Clearance shall not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, access restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control
- Pre-existing damage at the collection site
- Losses or costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete waste descriptions
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
